As someone who is a bit out of the loop on Marvel since endgame, who are the current Avengers even?
The Avengers remain disbanded.
Young Avengers have started to team up at least.
That’s part of their problem. How do you keep the Avengers going with a different group, or have a new group that’s totally not the Avengers? I’m definitely not a fan of all the multiverse stuff - that’s where I stopped reading the comics and it’s pretty much there for the movies
That was the potential with Guardians of the Galaxy - very different from Avengers, with very different situations. They could have been something, but maybe they’ve had their run.
I would watch another Eternals movie, but I hope they’d keep it independent.
