A big issue was loosing all the .ml lemmy instances. I lost mine and had to create a new account. lemmy.ml is the only one that's still up.

2 0 ReplyThe government of Mali (who controls all .ml domains) wanted their domains back. This forced the closure of any website using that domain and for them to reopen on a new domain.
