It's bs and it actually has the opposite effevt to me cuz it's so distracting
some people say it helps them and others say it distracts them, and others like me just dont notice any difference x3
Without any context I was so confused why some parts of the text were bolder than others x.x
If I understand it correctly it's to aid in speed reading, right?
and for some, it anchors their sight so they don't skip past words before understanding, and thus don't have to re-read
Studies have yet to find those it helps
Isn't it fascinating how different humans can be?
