Can biden/ Harris spend the next few months sending over a couple of squadrons of aircraft, spares/ supplies and arms to place Ukraine in a much better position? He cat exactly take them back.
Possibly a 1 month intense training for pilots as well.
- They can only send what's been allocated, and maybe a little wiggle room on certain things, but otherwise congress would need to approve it. They're already trying to make sure they use up the last of what was allocated before the end of the year.
  
  He would never. But Biden could go over Congress and send whatever the fuck he wants. What's Congress gonna do, impeach him?
  
  Biden could send American troops but he can't allocate funding, congress holds the purse strings.
  
  If they have all of congress they could impeach, convict and then trump could sick the DOJ on him and the conservative courts would then find a way to bypass it being an official act and jail him.
