2 20 ReplyYeah but throwing an organ away with someone that will die anyway refusing treatment just because they paid or because your system is incapable of transporting organs to better suited donors is not exactly a "benefit".

All hospitals has such a requirement, this is not specific to the US or the US healthcare system. This is about how science and medicine works.,
