No seriously, who is counting those things? I have questions.
Very low paid airmen. Very low paid airmen who never get any special attention from on high. Then one day their CO is told "hey the brass wanna know how much is really in that warehouse"

Whereas before that, the standard method was to walk inside, copy last year's number to this year, and make work-noises for a few hours.
