It was a question, and the answer is no. You can't consent and they can't consent, if you're both inebriated. You can play what ever mental gymantics you want to basically justify rape (which you may be the victim of, I'm not calling you a rapist), but the reality is still the same, especially amongst strangers or people on a first date.
