Everything is up 30%, except my salary
You'll probably have to switch jobs for your salary to increase appropriately. New people coming into your place of work probably have disproportionately high salaries compared to oldtimers.
It’s a new job. Companies aren’t offering 30% over what I made in 2019.
You may have to look elsewhere or ask for a raise. Looks like salaries are keeping up with inflation:
