There are 240 hostages being held by psychopaths.
Israel is engaged in ground operations to free those hostages because that's what they've been forced into doing by Hamas.
If there is some technology that Israel can deploy that will make them able to free the hostages while inflicting fewer civilian casualties, do you want them to have that?
They aren't going to leave those hostages in the underground lairs of Hamas. They are going in there with whatever capability is available to them. If the US doesn't supply military aid, they are still going in there to free the hostages. With the aid the operation may take less time and result in fewer civilian casualties.
So given that the IDF is going to free the hostages no matter what people on the internet scream about it, do you want that operation to inflict more civilian casualties without US aid or fewer civilian casualties with the US aid?
Would you rather more Palestinian civilians die just so you can make self-righteous statements on the internet condemning Israel for doing something they have been forced to do by Hamas?
They could do a hostage exchange for the thousands of Palestinian hostages Israel holds captive
Nah, they rather just add a few more thousand murders to the >5000 Palestinians they already murdered in the last few years.
And if it's children, all the better according to some people in the Israeli government.
