10 3 ReplyIt's wheat or rice depending on what type you buy, usually with a lot of sodium you can choose to add or leave out.
Add an egg and some chopped vegetables and it's a lot better than skipping meals.
8 0 ReplyThe noddles yes, but the flavour packets are a mess of chemicals in most brands.
1 1 ReplyEverything is chemicals. All natural foods are composed of chemicals.
The only concrete health problem in those packets is the sodium, which could be too high for some. Not an issue if you leave the broth, or don't add the full packet.
If there was a particular chemical included that was dangerous, someone could name it.
