But transmissible cancers are a thing, they just tend to be intra-species, and there isn't such a cancer for humans excluding things like organ transplants. This type of cancer does exist in dogs. Generally its called Clonally transmissible cancer, which given this persons spelling, is likely how he ended up at colon.

HPV can cause cervical cancer, but that's transmitted from a virus, which then causes cancer. That's the closest to cancer transmission that I can think of for humans.
