Yeah, considering how many conscripts are out there in a war their families aren't permitted to call a war, it seems low.

they have an incredible amount of land. Maybe instead of building vertically, they should focus on single floor buildings.

I'm glad there are actual consequences for the people at the top. I hope the rest of them realize that too, or are dealt with in the same manner.
