Right hand drive. So this is is Britain, Australia (should be upside down), new Zealand but that doesn't exist.
India but there are no other vehicles on the road, Japan but the car is too big
South Africa but they're not getting carjacked.
Indonesia but there is no child in the backseat without a seatbelt and smoking three cigarettes at the same time.
The logic checks out. Great detective work.
