There's a setting for left/right handedness. I think it's a new setting, so maybe that's what happened?
Where is that? I couldn't find it
Under comment customization. Might have to be on the beta updates to see it. Although I don't think that fixes the placement of the up/downvotes.
Maybe try "reverse list"I tried a couple of changes in settings, but nothing to change the position of the down and upvotes.

Yes, its from the latest update. Now the position and animation are different
