Systemd is a mess though. And the Linux kernel. Its a bloated single binary in mostly unsafe languages, which is such an insanity!
I am so happy that Cosmic has such a good Rust compositor and even Desktop using Smithy.
Ok people dont like the truth? Pipewire, Wayland, Flatpak, bubblewrap, podman, etc.
But having single binaries run, being completely unchangeable and written in unsafe code... damn
