Unless someone makes some kind of migration tool perhaps...
you would need to either work with the current maintainer of remindme bot or to scrap all remindme comment from reddit, easier with API access, so I doubt about this. But a fresh port of remindme bot here I have no doubt that it will come soon!
Since this is connected to mastodon you can use the remindme bot from there. Its called @remindme@mstdn.social
