This kinda happened to me after a 4 day meth binge resulted in psychosis.

I went to day 4 once on a party weekend, it wasn't psychosis or anything but took so long to recover and last day wasn't fun anyways. That's when my never go past day 3 rule was made and to make sure to eat and drink when indulging.

I made a rule called "Never do Meth again". I'm pretty much guaranteed to go psychotic if I do nowadays.
