Yeah I tried creating a reddit user a month ago, and I was immediately shadow-banned.
I wouldn't be surprised if reddit has a "no fly" list.

Oh there are subs there that are great. But dealing with reddit's infrastructure and new found task of appeasing venture capitalists and their cronies makes it very unappealing if not outright impossible.
