I've noticed that lemmy as a whole is much more leftist than reddit (outside of political servers of course)

I can't really think of a reason for that as Reddit is hated somewhat equally by "both" sides of the spectrum. It's just something I find interesting.

I think its more anarchist which skews moderately left for obvious reasons.
