It will be OFF for me. I will take my chances...and so will everyone else.
400% enemy damage is a fairly large margin. So yah, it's gonna be off for me as well.
I won't use it either, but a Larian dev had this to say in a post online:
So they fixed the 400% bug?
I still will not use it. But glad they fixed a bug.
