I love how the Republicans are the ones showing up to rallies with a flag that harkens back to a mythical perfect past where black folks were considered property in the service of white supremacy and you look at the Democratic party and think: "so that's where all the fascists are..."
It really makes you look like an honest judge of where on the left/right binary your reactionary ideology is.
Following the 2017 white nationalist rally in Charlottesville, Trump did say that there were "very fine people on both sides," when speaking about those who attended the rally in support, and those who demonstrated against it. But the meme misrepresents Trump's statements, because he did not say directly, "There were very fine people on both sides, & I'm not talking about the Neo-nazis and white supremacists because they should be condemned totally." The two statements were separate, the second part coming later, after further questioning from reporters. During the first presidential debate, both Wallace and Biden referenced Trump's "very fine people" comment but did not say he applied it to neo-Nazis.
Well you keep screaming fascist. It’s a tactic of the fascist. The big lie. It’s like you wrongly saying Trump called Neo-Nazis good people. Already prove. False but you hope by repeating it people will believe it.
So when you say that Republicans are bringing a "Democrat flag" to their rallies, how does that fit into your rubric?
I'd like so see some more tortured "logic" like your excusing the Nazis' marching partners at Charlottesville.
You see, my woke ass wouldn't be seen dead with people yelling "jews will not replace us," but I'm sure the people in the UNITE THE RIGHT rally had their reasons.
