tbf, salad can come in many forms, and is often served in a bowl. Wrap is a bit of a grey area, but a salad in a wrap is a thing.
Now tell us what kind of salad "more" is.
...egg salad?
Plate.
Just salad wraps, bowls, and more. The more could be plates, or any other random vessel in or on which to place a salad.
Ice cream cone?
That would make it a handwich
A smoothie. Or salad rolls. Or salad tacos.
Croutons, or meat, are quite common in salads. You can shape foods a certain way.
If you think a salad is just a sad bunch of leaves you haven't lived.
If you add enough mayo to anything it magically becomes a salad in the Midwestern US.
