      • The United States and its Western allies took a key step Saturday toward using frozen Russian assets to fund Ukraine’s war effort, moving closer to providing another key financial stream for Kyiv.

        • You do realize that this is a massive self own for the west right? Russia already lost access to those assets when they were frozen, and they have retaliated by seizing western assets in Russia. What this does accomplish is to demonstrate that western financial system is lawless, and the west will steal sovereign assets. This is only going to accelerate other countries pulling their assets out of the western system. This is why all the western banks and legal experts have been resisting this move.

Meanwhile, the actual problem the west has in this proxy war is lack of industrial capacity to produce the weapons. This problem can't be solved with money. Evidently, there are still people out there who can't grasp this after two years of the war. However, actual experts understand the situation perfectly well https://rusi.org/explore-our-research/publications/commentary/attritional-art-war-lessons-russian-war-ukraine

                • It's pretty obvious that the only one who's upset here is you given that you keep sealioning into my threads to post angry emojis all day. The fact that this is how you choose to spend your time is absolutely hilarious to me. Clearly you care enough to keep making a clown of yourself here all day. 😂
