All we would need is 97 of them for a majority vote to pass a resolution. Why does the US even matter at that point?
The US is my country, and it being a democracy and me being a citizen, the only one for which I bear any responsibility.
Though it's probably easier to get 97 nations to oppose genocide than to convince Joe Biden to.
