You got an eagle eye, it is exactly X220.
That keyboard and the 12 inch gave it away!
How to differentiate X220 from X201?
Buttonless touchpad, no ethernet port on the left side, replaced by (what could be) a displayport.
Also the fact that no sane person would use an X201 these days.
