Lemmy.world has grown by about 66.6% since reddit's API shutdown
Lemmy.world grew from about 51k users when third-party reddit apps started to shut down to about 84.8k users at the time of this post.
Definitely felt some growing pains in the past few days, but it's great to see the platform more active now that things have become more stable.
So, welcome reddit expats!

Only thing I’m messed up with is Reddit’s NSFW subreddits can’t be viewed logged out and I won’t log in either. Oh well. I won’t allow myself to contribute there.
Can't they be accessed without logging in from old.reddit still?
Ahh, that’s why everyone loves the old subdomain. I hate the regular experience on desktop but on mobile, it was alright. Thanks for the tip.
