How the hell could tony not find something for either of them miro was a great big monster and perry was a hot manager with an evil streak like how is that even possible
Miro also reportedly shot down a lot of ideas which would have seen him return as he didn't like the creative he was pitched iirc, so that start-and-stop planning ends up eating a lot of time for both of them since they were intertwined in story for a good bit.
Add in Miro getting injured (twice was it? I forget exactly but I think twice), filming for a tv show, CJ getting her finger infection, both of them having their house flooded, their marriage going tits up, Miro moving back to Bulgaria last I heard. The two could have gone far but between life problems and Miro's seeming preference to collect a paycheque without actually performing for one, Tony has no real reason to bother with them when he has other action figures to pull out of the box.
