tl;dr: The CEO said he was pro-Trump and he didn't like the shooting. Certainly not a smart thing to say but not entirely bad, right? Well, he said it to the all the customers via their mailing list.

Really a shame because they make good products and have fast turnaround.
Used them once, would have again, but no longer. Haven't tried these guys yet but someone recommended https://www.vinyldisorder.com/ as an alternative in a different post. They seem well reviewed.
