I've always wished there was a higher quality version of this.
There's a DVD collection of Gondry videos and it's on there. A friend of mine had it. That's at least passable quality. Maybe someone will upload it one day.
I have it. Still 480p. They should get a 4k version out of that DVD if they still have the sources archived.
