Ok but what are these trans people taking for those beards? Cause I'm Cis and I've never been able to grow such a majestic beard, mine cuts out after like an inch in length.

23 0 ReplyIs that strictly prescription?
3 0 ReplyNo lol it’s over the counter and you apply it topically. The liquid is more powerful than the foam, but the foam is better for sensitive skin.
Couple of things:
- Wash your face before use
- Apply it topically to the area 2* a day
- Wash it off after an hour then apply moisturiser
- Use sunscreen and wear a hat. Minox makes skin more sensitive to sun damage.
It was originally a blood pressure medication with a side effect of growing hair. Don’t take it if you have blood pressure issues.
11 0 ReplyJust a note to anyone considering minoxidil, it is extremely toxic to cats even in very small amounts.

As a cis man with a big bushy beard, what happens if I use this?
2 0 ReplyIf your body has the ability to grow more hairs, it will grow more hairs.

Apparently you have to take Minoxidil for life? Seems like there are pros and cons
1 0 ReplyNo lol where did you hear that? You take it for a couple of years then stop once the hairs have become terminal hairs
2 0 ReplyI watched a youtube short from a "doctor". That's the extent of my exposure to the subject
