Crust was very crumbly and they didn't come out of the pan nicely, but tasted great.

Looks incredible!! Now I want to make them too. Do you think I could use silicon muffin liners or is the muffin tray important?
My dough was very crumbly and would fall apart when I tried to roll it. I ended up pressing it into the muffin pan. Maybe if you added some liquid to it, you could roll it and lay it into the liners?
