Well whoever is selling meth on the street is probably very happy about having an FBI ballistics vest now.
- Sounds like a good comic book charactor original story. Gets shot at by a Crack head and the badge saves his life so he decides to dedicate his life to the badge. Helping keep cops up for their long shifts.
