We changed our Terms of Service to make them easier to read and to discharge liability in case there is lead in your product
Now, we wouldn't want you to have to worry your head about any sort of class action or other lawsuits, so how about you waive that right and we just engage in some nice, friendly, forced arbitration
It is good that they are easier to read, because they are about as long as the first book of The lord of the rings.
Of course they value your privacy... At a fair market rate.
