Man I'm old. This album was the first CD I ever owned. Listened to it constantly. I liked pretty much all the songs but it seemed like they ordered the songs by putting a good song between every great song.
It really is a fantastic album. It bummed me out to realize that the actual lyrics to Particle Man were not quite as meaningful to me as they were when I was mishearing them (lol) but yeah, great album, and honestly I like Lincoln just about as much.
Whole album still holds up but I’m sure you already know that! Heck, I have a deeper appreciation for it now cuz I started getting distracted by industrial music around then.
