As the title states, Kids are asleep by 8:00pm all the chores are done everything for the next day is prepped by 8:30pm. The wife is happily watching her favorite show.

All installed games are updated drivers updated nothing left to do except enjoy the few hours of gameplay I get in a week.

I sit down and…. can’t decide on a game to play. Instead flip through steam sales for more games I will never play.

I think the problem is as infrequent as my play sessions are that playing a large scale RPG requires relearning basic mechanics and what my tasks were last time I played. Therefore I end up playing ole reliable BF2042 which at this point is a bit repetitive.

Anyone else experience this sensation? If so how do you get over it and get into a game with minimal time? It’s still important to me and truly is fun when I’m really into a game but I find it harder and harder to get into a game even though there are plenty of absolute bangers released seemingly weekly.
