Favourite puzzle platformers?

Loved the tomb aspects of Tomb Raider and the more puzzle'y parts of Uncharted, any other favourites in the genre regardless of age?

Does Shadow of the Colossus count? I didn't get very far in the game but I did enjoy the parts I did play of The Last Guardian.
