I always laughed at the idea but tbh better safe than sorry I guess. At least get a noodpakket like the government says. Can't hurt anyone with that. Maybe some canned food and some water bottles to last you a week or so if shit happens.

Its a good idea I'd say, get your papers if you're an American perhaps observe the exit options for yourself and family even if its not the plan rn
