What's something you want to achieve this week?
5 workouts is a lot! Does your body not get overtired? I do 4 and if I do 5 I risk damage
I don't really work-out for hours, only about 30-40 minutes and its mostly stretching. I do 50% bodyweight stuff und 50% pilates. So it is actually quite easy. The tough part is to get out of bed on time to do it.
That's a good way of doing it, little and often. It's achievable
