Police shoot man with bow and arrows in Baltimore County (cw: violence)

I have some fam in Baltimore County near here. Heard a rumor a cop may have gotten hit with an arrow but nothing confirmed yet.

So what if the dude was hunting with that bow? Just roll up on people and shoot them?
- The area he was in has no hunting anywhere nearby. He may have bought it off Craigslist or something and was transporting it home.
