So it looks like you can enable it but Michaal is having issues doing it previously on the pixel 8.

More specifically, it is enabled in the dev builds, but not in the user builds at this time.
- Yeah, I hope this gets pushed to user builds eventually
Spoofing userdebug build is not enough. Likely that the code for USB display gets stripped from user builds.
