There is a launcher I have been using for years that replicates the windows phone uix. It’s called metro launcher. Highly recommended. I used to have a Nokia lumia and loved it.
Man, sounded interesting, I was going to try it out but it looks like it won't work/download for Android 12. At least, according to the play store
Check out Square Home on Play Store. It is the like the windows phone UI but will actually work on Android 13
