What did your engagement ring cost, married/engaged people?
To me, money isn’t everything. It’d be nice if I got something that cost a lot, but I’d also be fine with something cheap as long as it’s high-quality and not like a Temu ring or something.
We got each other the same ring off Amazon for $12.😂 😅
I think I spent 400 for engagement ring and wedding bands together. Over time, it became clear that none of the rings matched, and only one of the three is quality material.
I wish I had spent more on the engagement ring to get a setting that doesn't stick out so much, it's too stabby and scratchy. I'd also want to track down a lab grown diamond if I had it to do over again.

I was told when I was buying that someone else had ordered the set of rings, came in to pick it up and said "nah." So they were way way cheaper than anything else in the store.
