Brave appears to install VPN Services without user consent (Windows)

Sounds like consent is given when...you install the brave browser. Honestly it's likely just there so when you turn on Brave VPN that the services are already installed. So long as they uninstall cleanly along with a Brave browser uninstall, then I don't see the issue.
