Useless Samsung app is going away first thing next year - SamMobile

Tha app in question: Samsung video library app. I still had the app all these years, just hidden. The notice says it was discontinued due to low usage and to avoid confusion.

I had no idea this existed

I wonder, why did it exist in the first place?
