I’m unable to see the clip (I’m using Voyager), describe it to me?
Tom Paris tells the Doctor holograms are just light and aren't real matter, the Doctor turns and slaps Tom.
What an integral but simple scene.

I feel it's important to add that the clip ends immediately after the Doctor slaps Paris.
