On Taobao. Not sure if you can order this from outside of China though, some sellers allow it, others don't afaik.

This is shared from the app, so I'm not sure how well it's going to work for you.
But you will need a chinese payment method to pay for it. This is going to be very difficult for you, basically you need to know someone from China or at least have a Chinese phone number.
I think I found it on aliexpress, but it’s 79.71. Model looks to be natfire SF2 and 1lumen gave it a pretty good review.
