Initially Focalboard looked very interesting until mattermost decided to not support it anymore and leaving it's future tangling in the air.
Other options I am also looking into besides the ones mentioned are
- https://vikunja.io/
- https://taiga.io/ (waiting on their next version)
Nextcloud Deck has been pretty solid for my usage.
I still like https://vikunja.io/ more because they has Gantt chart which is a super rare feature for modern project management sw.
