It doesn't? For me it's showing 366 reviews with 5.0 rating. Which is rather impressive.
Google play or iOS? Google play is 3 stars i think
Edit: Sorry sync is only for Android not iOS. I think its because of geographical location or device type as another user said
It's brand new and few weird votes can scew the whole. It's only going to improve :)
I might be wrong, but I remember reading somewhere in the play store that the rating is also based on a per geography and similar device types..
