What are your gaming pet peeves?

First one that comes to my mind is having to travel with an NPC and our walk/run speeds don't match.

-Being sadistic towards my character and the NPC. I kill myself if it can be done in a spectacular manneer and i shoot gratuitously at the NPCs.
-Explore the world outside the limits of the map.
