Outside of atfbooru, sankakucomplex and gelbooru, the only other website I'm aware of is e621 but that site mostly contains furry hentai.
Also, if you use gelbooru, you have to manually enable loli/shota hentai in the settings.
Booru.Allthefallen.moe i think is one but they got too much toddler for me
Can always add toddler to your custom blacklist. It's a great site for you if you just make that adjustment!
The problem is a lot of toddler is labeled loli instead.
I just realised aftbooru might just be the one I mentioned
